A simulation model of sampling circuit SPICE of 50 GHz broadband sampling oscilloscope was developed based on the electric parameter modeling of discrete components. The model parameters were constructed according to the circuit frame and multi-dimensional and subtle electrical measurements of a disassembled sampling head.
